Since its founding in 1992, the Center has provided a variety of learning and devotional experiences for spiritual seekers.  Participants explore the teachings and practices of the Jewish spiritual masters along with insights from other sacred traditions, focusing on the essential truths at the core of all spiritual teachings.  The Center provides a place of inspiration, guidance, and spiritual connection.  It is a small, supportive and inclusive community that welcomes members from all spiritual backrounds and cultural traditions.  The Center also serves as a social support network for spiritually seeking adults, through which nourishing and sustaining friendships are grown. 

Our teacher, Rabbi Michael Shapiro, is a life-long student of sacred Jewish texts, Hebrew, Aramaic, the Kabbalah, and other ancient spiritual practices. He is a meditation teacher, musician, and storyteller.
